Halloween 🎃

Hey yall!

This week I hit 4 months on my mission! I have loved my time here in Uruguay. It has definitely not been easy, but I have learned so much. I have learned the importance of patience, prayer, genuinely caring for others, the need for our Savior, and so much more! When I have hard days on the mission, I think about our Savior and know He went through way more than we could ever imagine. I am so grateful for His sacrifice for us.

Bus ride to Montevideo
We went to Montevideo this week for some training. It was fun, but we took an 11 hour bus ride there, had a 5 hour conference, and then took an 11 hour bus ride back. BUT I got to see my CCM companion, Hermana Allred, so it was worth it! We were so tired the next day.....and we get to do it again next transfer!!

Speaking of transfers, this week we have transfers. I am staying in Artigas and getting a Uruguayan companion! I am so excited! I cant wait to learn more Spanish and more about the culture in Uruguay!

Friday our ward had a halloween party! Hermana Ferre and I dressed as Elders.  When we were inviting our friends they all asked "yall celebrate halloween in the church?" The people here have mixed feelings, some think it is bad and others like it. The kids go trick or treating here, though.

I hope yall have a good week!
